In addition, the founders executed many high-profile multi-year equity advisory mandates with large listed European energy corporations.
Experienced investment banker with previous leadership roles at major International Banks such as Barclays (Head of European Equity Advisory), Royal Bank of Scotland (Managing Director and Head of European Mid Cap Research) and Merrill Lynch. Throughout his career, he advised management teams and Boards of Directors of large and mid-sized companies on all aspects of their listed (or to be listed) equity, in particular on how to define, articulate and execute their business and decarbonisation strategies. While he was sector agnostic, he executed many mandates with energy companies, including with Enel, Enel Green Power, Eni, Naturgy, Neoen, Snam, and Technip. He speaks English, French, German and Italian.

Experienced manager with more than 20 years of senior roles mostly in M&A/Business Development and Planning & Control in utilities, first at Enel Group and more recently at 2i Rete Gas (the second largest gas distribution company in Italy, controlled by the Infrastucture Funds F2i, Ardian and APG). At Enel, in the early 2000s, he actively participated to the launch of the €560 million Venture Capital Initiative and thereafter worked on several major M&A and ECM/DCM transactions. He also sat on the Board of Directors of almost 20 Joint Ventures in Europe and Russia.
He started his career in Management Consulting and Private Equity/Venture Capital. He speaks Italian, English, and French.
